OwnLinker supports multiple payment methods for purchasing tracks. You can use credit cards, digital wallets, or OLcoin, the platform's internal currency. All payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors.
When you purchase a track, you can pay with your preferred method. The transaction is processed immediately, and you receive access to the track right away. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on OwnLinker servers.
OLcoin is OwnLinker's internal currency. You can buy OLcoin from your wallet and use it for product purchases and support actions. When buying OLcoin with card, the checkout follows the same platform model (base value + 15% gross-up charged to the payer).
When a fan purchases your product or sends support, you receive the creator-side base value while the payer covers checkout gross-up. Earnings are credited to your wallet and can be monitored in SELL and Wallet dashboards.
All earnings are converted to EUR (Euros) for consistency. This ensures you receive payments in a stable currency regardless of where your buyers are located. Conversion rates are updated regularly and based on current market rates.
You can withdraw eligible EUR earnings to your bank account through Stripe Connect. Processing time typically ranges from 3-5 business days depending on your bank and country. You can track request status in your wallet history.
All transactions on OwnLinker are processed securely. We use encryption, secure payment gateways, and follow industry best practices for financial data protection. Your payment information is never stored on our servers, and all transactions are monitored for fraud.
Refund policies vary by creator. Some tracks may be eligible for refunds within a certain period after purchase. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact support or the creator directly. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to your original payment method.
If you resell a track that supports licensed resale, you receive a portion of the sale price. The original artist also receives a share. Resale revenue is credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn like regular earnings.
OwnLinker charges a platform fee on each sale. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and service costs. The exact fee structure is transparent and shown before you complete a sale. Artists see their net earnings after fees are deducted.
