Every OwnLinker account includes one free product slot (main file up to 50 MB, drops allowed). To publish more products or upload larger files, upgrade to a paid plan in SELL → Products or Settings → Billing. The creator hub (wallet, analytics, tips, and more) stays free — you only pay when you need more than your free slot.
Free tier
1 free slot per account — including existing users. No subscription required for your first product.
Main downloadable file up to 50 MB on the free tier.
Drops (scheduled limited releases) are allowed on the free slot.
Stripe payouts and fan checkout work the same as on paid plans.
Paid plans
Starter — €10/month — 5 product slots, main file up to 100 MB.
Pro — €20/month — 15 product slots, main file up to 200 MB.
Scale — €40/month — 30 product slots, main file up to 500 MB.
Capacity Pack — €10/month each — adds +10 slots. Available on Scale only, up to 3 packs (60 extra slots max).
All plans include Stripe payouts, analytics, drops, bundles, embed, and collaborations. Payments are processed securely by Stripe inside OwnLinker — no redirect for plan checkout.
How to subscribe or upgrade
Log in and open DROP ITEM (SELL) on the Orbital Hub.
Go to Products in the creator dashboard.
If your free slot is in use, you will see the upgrade card — or use the plan buttons in the Products section.
Complete payment in the secure in-app checkout modal.
Return to OwnLinker — you can upload and sell immediately.
To manage your subscription, change plans, or update your card: open your avatar menu → Settings → Billing → Manage billing in Stripe (Customer Portal).
Grace period & billing issues
If a renewal payment fails, you enter a 7-day grace period. During grace:
Your existing products stay visible.
Fans can still buy (checkout remains open).
Update your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal.
After grace expires without payment, new fan checkouts pause until billing is fixed. Your items are never deleted.
Over capacity
If you cancel Capacity Packs or downgrade your plan, your total slots may drop below items already listed. Existing products stay online; you cannot upload new ones until you free slots or upgrade again.
Grandfather & full access
Creators who activated their store with the legacy one-time payment keep full access forever — no migration required.
Platform owner accounts have full access without subscription.
Legacy Creator Access and Slot Pack subscriptions are mapped to Starter and Capacity Pack automatically.
Not the same as fan subscriptions
Creator plans are what you pay OwnLinker to sell. Fan subscription tiers are optional plans you offer your audience for recurring perks.
